By accessing or using Latrexa Clinic Connect ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including healthcare providers, clinic administrators, and patients.

2. Description of Service

Latrexa Clinic Connect is a healthcare management platform that provides:

• Appointment scheduling and management
• Patient records management
• Consultation documentation and clinic-configured record workflows (software only)
• Lab test ordering and report management
• Clinic website/microsite hosting
• SMS/Email notification services

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. Healthcare providers must provide valid credentials and licensing information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable healthcare regulations
• Share login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Upload malicious code or interfere with system security
• Use the Service to store non-healthcare related content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

• Your Data: You retain ownership of all patient and clinical data you enter into the system
• Data Export: You may export your data at any time in standard formats
• Our License: You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service

7. Subscription and Payment

• Free plans are available with limited features
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided per our refund policy
• Non-payment may result in service suspension

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses due to service unavailability.

9. Intellectual Property

The Latrexa platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Latrexa Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latrexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, you may request data export within 30 days
• After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, India.
