Click "Register" on the homepage, fill in your clinic name, choose a subdomain (e.g., myclinic.latrexa.com), provide admin email and password. Your clinic is instantly live. You can then add doctors, configure time slots, and start accepting appointments.
Patients visit your clinic's Latrexa URL (e.g., myclinic.latrexa.com), select a doctor, choose an available date and time slot, enter their name and phone number, and submit. They receive an SMS confirmation instantly. No patient account is required.
Yes! From your admin dashboard, go to "Doctors" and add each doctor with their name, specialization, consultation fee, and profile image. Each doctor gets their own schedule and can log in separately to view their appointments.
Go to "Schedules" in your admin panel. For each doctor, set working hours per day of the week, define slot duration (e.g., 15 or 30 minutes), and set maximum patients per slot. You can also block specific dates for holidays or leaves.
During a consultation, open your clinic’s visit documentation workflow from the consultation screen. Add structured line items and notes your organization allows, then save or print. You can also save reusable templates for common visit types. (Features available depend on your clinic’s configuration.)
Yes, use the Excel Import feature from your admin dashboard. Download the template, fill in patient details (name, phone, email, etc.), and upload. The system validates data and imports in bulk. Same feature is available for doctors and appointments.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Each organization's data is completely isolated (multi-tenant architecture). Role-based access ensures users only see what they need. We follow HIPAA compliance guidelines.
From the admin dashboard, find the appointment in the schedule view and click on it. You'll see options to reschedule (pick a new slot) or cancel. Patients are automatically notified of changes via SMS.
