Common Issues & Solutions

Can't log in to my account

Ensure you're using the correct subdomain URL (e.g., yourclinic.latrexa.com). Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link. If the issue persists, contact support with your registered email.

Patients can't see available slots

Check that the doctor's schedule is configured in the admin panel (Schedules section). Ensure the doctor is marked as "Available" and there are no leave entries blocking the date. Slots must be set for the specific day of the week.

Visit documents not printing correctly

Use Chrome or Edge browser for best print results. Check your browser's print settings — ensure "Background graphics" is enabled and margins are set to "None" or "Minimum". The print layout is optimized for A4/Letter size.

SMS notifications not being sent

SMS notifications are available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Verify the patient's phone number includes the country code. Check your SMS quota in the admin settings. Contact support if your quota needs replenishment.

Excel import failing

Ensure you're using the correct template (download it from the Import page). Check that required fields (Name, Phone/Email) are filled. Date formats should be YYYY-MM-DD. Remove any empty rows at the end of the Excel file.
